Which country do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within US continent and territories. 

How long will my order ship out and deliver?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. 

Depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout, It would typically take about 2-5 business days to deliver your order.

Note: due to the Covid-19 impact, some orders can be delayed by carriers (such as USPS). This is out of our control. We'll try out best to get your order shipped out and deliver ASAP.

Why my nail extensions keep popping off?

Below are some tips to avoid nail popping off.

• Nail prep is essential, make sure your nails are free of oil and water, then buffer the nail surface completely and make it a little rough, it would help the gel adhere to the nail bed better and last longer. 
• Choose the right size of the dual forms, use the fit but a little bit bigger one, then file it to the perfect size. That really helps to prevent lifting or popping. 
• When shape the gel on the dual forms, make sure you DON'T use too much slip solution. Slip solution does help shaping the gel easily and avoid sticky but too much volume might also cause lifting or popping. 
• When apply the dual form on your nails, make sure there is no air bubbles between your nail bed and poly gel. 

Is this a soak off or a buff off?

It's a soak off. However, for better result, you may want to buff to a thin layer and then soak off.
 

How do you take the poly gel nails off?

To take the polygel off, you can file down then soak off with acetone. 

Are the dual forms curved or straight?

The dual form included in the kit is straight, but we do have different type of dual forms to sell individually. 

Do this polygel cure well?

Our polygel can easily cure if you follow the instruction and the prep is done properly.
